Delete your PlakosAI account

You can delete your account and your learning data at any time, directly in the app or by sending us an email.

In the app

  1. Open the PlakosAI app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to Data protection and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with Delete account now.

By email

No access to the app? Send an email from the address you use for your account to support@plakos.de with the subject “Delete my PlakosAI account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What happens to your data

  • Your name, email address, login and learning progress are deleted or anonymised.
  • Your conversations with the AI tutor, notes and study plan are deleted.
  • Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept for the statutory period and then deleted.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel it in your store account settings.
